The Tokyo Youth Chamber (located in Hirakawa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Kenta Yamamoto) is a public interest incorporated association with the theme of acknowledging, accepting, and utilizing diversity (diversity and inclusion). It is important for Shinjuku City to promote an accurate understanding of and responses to LGBTQ issues by small and medium-sized companies and small businesses in Shinjuku City, and to increase employment stability through securing new human resources and improving the workplace environment. We believe that this will lead to the development of business, economy, society, and culture as one step in maintaining and expanding international competitiveness.


In this project, we will deepen our understanding of LGBTQ, learn about the relationship between its economic growth rate and efforts in other countries, and give an opportunity to learn NG words and NG reactions to actual LGBTQ people as keynote lectures. increase.In addition, LGBTQ people will be invited to talk about their problems and worries in society, which are rarely heard.Finally, we will also hold a panel discussion that can be used in corporate activities for LGBTQ.
