We will encourage the formation of a community. Specifically, we will carry out activities such as supporting young people who are at risk of losing connections, strengthening collaboration with administrative agencies and support organizations, and promoting community formation using digital technology. In order to coexist with "the earth and people," we will carry out activities to further promote carbon neutrality, and further popularize deco-katsu and ethical consumption. Through these businesses, we aim to create a society where "people and people" and "earth and people" can live together in a sustainable manner. International Policy Office Learning from the world and achieving lasting world peace through open innovation International Policy OfficeOffice Manager/Director Ryuji Kogane The International Policy Office will incorporate diverse experiences and knowledge from overseas through proactive efforts to build world peace. We will pursue an inclusive and sustainable concept of peace by collaborating with the international community and learning from different cultures and perspectives. Specifically, we are focusing on creating an environment that encourages international open innovation. By collaborating with different countries and organizations and building a platform to share knowledge and technology, we jointly tackle problems and generate creative solutions. This will foster new ideas and innovation, paving the way for a sustainable future. It is essential for people to work together towards shared goals, transcending national and regional boundaries. We will deepen international cooperation and mutual understanding, and contribute to building peaceful communities where people around the world can prosper together. This is the first step towards realizing the true globalization we envision. Welfare Policy Office Aiming for childcare support from the working group to the entire local community! Welfare Policy OfficeOffice Manager/Director Tatsuya Kobayashi In order to put a brake on population decline, the Welfare Policy Office aims to create a society in which local residents, businesses, government, etc. are connected horizontally, and the entire local community supports child rearing. Working groups will be held in Shibuya, Nerima, Katsushika, and Shinagawa wards as a way for the entire local community to collaborate. The working group collaborates with the social welfare council in each district and is made up of a variety of local actors, including all children and child-rearing households, residents, and businesses, regardless of age or gender. We discuss issues and solutions related to child-rearing and resolve issues. After holding working groups in each of the four districts, we will summarize the results and effects, submit a proposal to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as the "TOKYO Future Children and Childcare Vision," and pioneer the design of a new welfare social system that is friendly to children and childcare. I will continue to do so. By doing so, we will build a community-based welfare system where all children can live with smiles on their faces. Economic Policy Office Designing a new ecosystem and a society where everyone can take on challenges Economic Policy OfficeOffice Manager/Director Torahiko Iki The Economic Policy Office will promote the realization of a "new value-added" economy. This requires a "transformation of the culture and customs of the traditional economy." In particular, we will focus on environments where it is difficult for startup companies to grow, and focus on building a foundation to encourage "challenge." We will redesign the values of "startup" and build an ecosystem where having the option to start a business all over Japan and pursuing dreams and taking on challenges is commonplace. We aim to produce companies from regional cities around the country, centered on Tokyo, that represent Japan and lead the world. The birth of such companies will serve as a stepping stone to a ``new value-added'' economy that will solve current social issues. Furthermore, our vision is to design a society that simultaneously increases corporate profitability and social sustainability, thereby building economic strength nationwide. Education Policy Office Designing your own life through learning in the era of 100-year lifespans Education Policy OfficeOffice Manager/Director Tatsuya Miyazaki In today's era of rapid social changes, it is no longer possible to cope with the knowledge gained through traditional school education, so even after graduating from high school or university and entering the workforce, it is necessary to continue learning even more. It is important to acquire new knowledge, skills, and education. In addition, there is an even greater need to promote lifelong learning from the perspective of supporting the active participation of women in various life stages such as childbirth and child rearing, and promoting the active participation of young people. Therefore, the Education Policy Office aims to further raise awareness of STEAM education and encourage each and every citizen to learn at every opportunity and place so that they can improve themselves throughout their lives and lead a more fulfilling life. In order to create a society in which people can learn and make use of their achievements, we will involve the general public and businesses in building an environment where they can learn throughout their lives, and provide a variety of learning opportunities. Political and Administrative Policy Office Implement a new system and design co-creation between citizens and government Political and Administrative Policy OfficeOffice Manager/Director Hiroshi Miyoshi The main business to be carried out this year is (1) Conducting public debates (2) Building a new system for political participation using ICT (3) Next stage of mock petitions, and three points. This year, three special wards are planned, and the term of office of the Tokyo governor is expiring. By holding public debates, we hope to communicate our policies, claims, and personalities to voters in an easy-to-understand manner, which will lead to an increase in voter turnout. We aim to create a society co-created by citizens and government. By utilizing ICT, we will work on building a new system that will make it easier for citizens to convey their opinions to the government. In March, we will invite a lecturer who practices ICT utilization to deepen understanding, and we will move forward with administrative recommendations in a year-long promotion campaign. The mock petition has been established as a Tokyo model, but this year we aim to make it completely online with the theme of ICT. With this, we will be able to solidify the foundations for the mock petition to be expanded to a wider area.
