The Economic Policy Office will promote the realization of a "new value-added" economy. This requires a "transformation of the culture and customs of the traditional economy." In particular, we will focus on environments where it is difficult for startup companies to grow, and focus on building a foundation to encourage "challenge."
We will redesign the values of "startup" and build an ecosystem where having the option to start a business all over Japan and pursuing dreams and taking on challenges is commonplace. We aim to produce companies from regional cities around the country, centered on Tokyo, that represent Japan and lead the world. The birth of such companies will serve as a stepping stone to a ``new value-added'' economy that will solve current social issues.
Furthermore, our vision is to design a society that simultaneously increases corporate profitability and social sustainability, thereby building economic strength nationwide.
