What is Wanpaku Sumo?
``Wanpaku Sumo'' is based on the ``Attractiveness of Tokyo's 1976 Wards and the 23nd Tokyo Resident Life Awareness Survey Report'' conducted by the Tokyo Junior Chamber of Commerce in 2.Providing more opportunities for sports, improving physical and mental training and health, and building local communitiesIn 1977, the Tokyo Junior Chamber Association took up the sport of sumo, which is a familiar sport, and expanded it into a movement throughout the 23 wards.
Later, in 1981, the Tokyo Junior Chamber Association collaborated with the Japan Sumo Association to create the "Wanpaku Sumo Guide," which was distributed free of charge to municipal boards of education and junior chambers nationwide. At the same time, we have been carrying out a nationwide dissemination campaign.
Then, when the Kokugikan moved from Kuramae to Ryogoku, it was decided to hold the ``Wanpaku Sumo National Tournament'' on August 1985, 8. "National Tournament / New Kokugikan Completion Commemorative Tournament" was held, and since then, the national tournament has been held every year, and this time it will be held.

Naughty Sumo National Tournament
This is the largest sumo tournament for elementary school students, in which 4th to 6th grade elementary school students participate and advance from qualifying tournaments in 200 districts in Japan (by the Junior Chamber of Commerce) to reach the finals at the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo. That's what I mean.
