The Katsushika City Committee will develop its campaign in 2024 with a focus on "decision-making power." We consider the fact that many of our members have a short history of activity or live and work outside the ward as a ``strength'' in being able to look at the region from a fresh, objective, and multifaceted perspective, and are able to identify what is needed right now, both in the JC and in the region. We will work to create a ``committee that is recognized, empathized with, and loved by the local community'' by each person collecting information on their own, designing the future, thinking about what they can do, and what they can do now.
